Rohit is an exceptional professional. He was part of a consulting team that provided support to me as the leader of a national initiative to revamp performance management at Deloitte. He specifically worked on streamlining and updating Deloitte's global competency models, which was a huge undertaking. This required effectively working across multiple businesses to gather input, identifying the most critial competencies, updating the models, and getting buy-in on the final product. Given the differences across businesses and the variety of personalities involved, this was a big challenge. I would definitely recommend Rohit and would work with him again

I worked with Rohit on an intense one year project where the competency model for Deloitte was being updated. Rohit was one of the human capital consultants that guided HR representatives on how to build competencies for their function. I found Rohit to be very knowledgeable about the process of building/updating the competency models. He had a calm demeanor and would assist and any way he was asked. I would welcome an opportunity to work with Rohit again.
