Rohit is an accomplished HR executive and talent strategist with a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. With a rich background in advisory, consulting, and operational roles across Big 4 consulting firms and Fortune 500 companies, Rohit empowers leaders to unlock their full potential. His coaching philosophy centers on turning challenges into growth opportunities, fostering strategic thinking, and enhancing decision-making.

Rohit specializes in guiding leaders through transformative journeys, helping them strengthen leadership skills, adapt to change, and align teams toward common goals. With extensive experience across healthcare, insurance, technology, energy, finance, and more, Rohit’s practical, results-driven approach to coaching creates a lasting impact for individuals and organizations alike.

In his most recent role as VP of Talent Management at Simons Foundation, Rohit spearheaded initiatives in HR business partnerships, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee relations. His earlier leadership roles at Yale New Haven Health, MassMutual Financial, Deloitte Consulting, Mercer HR Consulting, and Philips Electronics further solidify his expertise in HR strategy, succession planning, performance management, organizational design, and change management.

Rohit earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, Dallas TX. He also has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi, India.
